Our management services include:-

  • Advice on rental values, pros & cons of letting, including dealing with Leave & License Agreements, Mortgages, and Revenue management.
  • Comprehensive referencing of tenants.
  • Marketing your property to ensure maximum exposure.
  • Preparation of a comprehensive inventory and schedule of condition report of your property.
  • Supervision of hand-over, take-over at both time legs of your property/home.

We offer a full range of services, from a ‘Letting Only’ service through ‘Rent Collection’ and of course to ‘Full Property Management’. Rent Protection & Legal Cover can also be provided if required.

This service is designed for the landlords preferring to manage their own property and take care of all other day to day matters, such as collection of rent maintenance and safety checks, themselves. To secure a suitable tenant we will:

  • Actively market your property via and our local offices, press and, where appropriate, hoardings.
  • Meet all applicants in our offices prior to showing them the property.
  • Carry out stringent and impartial referencing checks on all applicants.
  • Prepare the tenancy agreement and serve all relevant notices.
  • Ensure all relevant certification is up to date.
  • Check the successful tenant in the property.
  • Prepare a new tenancy agreement for further fixed terms as appropriate.
  • Prepare an inventory & schedule of condition*
  • Visit the property and check tenant out at the end of the letting period*
  • * Optional with our ‘Letting Only’ and ‘Letting with Rent Collection’ services


We offer a ‘Letting with Rent Collection’ service for the landlords who wish to get involved in the managing of their property but collection of rent. This service offers all the features of ‘Letting Only’ service plus:-

  • The collection of rent due each month on behalf of the landlord preferably as per standing orders set up at the beginning of the tenancy.
  • We will promptly remit all rent received net of our fees and provide a monthly statement of account.
  • Annually review the rental value of the property.
  • Operate credit control should the tenants fall into arrears and serve the appropriate notices if required.
  • Optional Rent Guarantee & Legal Expenses cover.


Our ‘Full Management’ service is for the landlords who are not either wishing, or able to have day to day involvement in running of their property, offering a comprehensive level of service taking care of all aspects related to management and maintenance of the property. This service offers all the features of ‘Letting with Rent Collection’ service plus:

  • We will prepare an inventory & schedule of condition for your property.
  • Inspect at regular intervals to ensure the property is kept in good order and report to the landlord/s.
  • Attend to any repair & maintenance issues utilizing our team of approved contractors or those nominated by the landlord/s where possible.
  • At the end of a tenancy we will check the vacating tenant out of the property & assess any dilapidations for necessary recovery.
